Chariot Re, a Bermuda-based life and annuity reinsurance company, today announced the appointment of Reena Pally as Chief Investment Officer, effective 1st September 2025.
Chariot Re launched in 2025 with co-sponsorship from MetLife and General Atlantic, and continues to expand its senior leadership team.
Pally brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held a range of leadership positions. She joins Chariot Re from MetLife Investment Management (MIM), where she most recently served as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in the Real Estate group. In that role, she managed MetLife Insurance Investors’ commercial mortgage portfolio within the Debt Strategies Group. Prior to that, she has held many senior roles including Portfolio Manager for several sectors within MIM.
Pally holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
